The adobe walled facilities are uniquely styled for Tucson weather and provide thermal mass to reduce heating and cooling costs. The community is non-smoking and is proud of its wetland process to recycle waste water for landscape irrigation. Potable water by City of Tucson.

Rent is $700 per month including utilities and internet shared with the house. Security Deposit required. Tenants are required to follow community policies and practices.

The Community

The casita is behind the house of one of 28 two-story adobe townhomes in the Milagro Cohousing Community. Cohousing is model of intentional community, with a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, where residents work together to make decisions based on consensus.
