Milagro cohousing consists of three areas. Of the 43 acre parcel we call home:
Eight acres of which are commonly-owned land comprising the entry road, parking and car ports and the common house, gardens and pathway inside the community fence.
The second area consists of the few acres which comprise our privately held homes with front porches and private rear patios.
The remainder is our shared undeveloped land; open to hiking, exploration and the enjoyment of nature.
To Reach Milagro
Milagro Cohousing is located in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains to the west of downtown Tucson and west of the freeway.
To reach Silverbell Road, go 1 mile west of the I-10 freeway on Grant Road, Speedway or Broadway Roads. Turn north (right) onto Silverbell and go one mile north of Grant Road to the stoplight at Goret Road. Turn west (left) onto Goret and go 0.5 miles to Gaia Place on the right. Enter our specially-paved road (no, it's not dirt!) and around the bend to find a Visitor's parking space.
Enter the community by the mail boxes and "bus stop" pathway and through the gate to the grass circle.
